Bilingual Call Center Representative

Work in a team to share good practice and technical experience and customer specific knowledge
Maintain and manage the resolution of customer problems using professional customer care skills
Perform associated daily administration tasks such as data entry and the maintenance of other documents
Conduct Customer Surveys and Follow up calls
Arrange logistics for speedy repair and swap outs of equipment with third party repair teams and courier services
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the management discretion.
Education: High School diploma or GED
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Spanish
Experience: Background in customer service. Preferably technical support based.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent team worker. Able to work under pressure. Excellent eye for detail. Customer focused. Professional phone voice. Computer literacy. Problem solving capabilities.
Limited travel requirements.
Must be flexible in work schedule to accommodate vacations and holiday coverage within CST team.
