We have an excellent temp-hire opportunity in project management support with an innovative and successful company! Shift times are 1pm to 10pm. Duties and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years project management support or dispatch in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Answer in-bound phone calls
  • Daily telephone contact with customers and technicians
  • Schedule and dispatch techs
  • Manage client relationships via direct contact, e-mail, reports, and phone conversations
  • In some cases, might be the primary contact with customers
  • Update the client on MAC cases, rollouts, and projects
  • Address scope creep, change orders, and disputes (including invoice disputes, tech issues, and client challenges)
  • Manage on-site labor
  • Take notes and update Quickbase and other systems such as SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications, construction timelines, voice and data technology
  • Experience with low voltage cabling
  • Security industry experience (including CCTV, DVR, wiring, IP cameras)
  • Knowledge of structured cabling (BICSI RCDD, Level 1, 2 Technician, ITS, ESS)
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Strong MS Excel intermediate and above levels ( filters, VLOOKUP formula, pivot tables), Word, and Outlook
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Capable of multitasking (with minimal direction)
  • High School or equivalent education
